Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or Australian/NZ public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Time:

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Typically, your order will ship within 9-12 business days of being placed. However, during peak periods (such as holiday seasons or major sales), dispatch may take slightly longer.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, please allow extra days for your delivery to arrive. If there is a significant delay, we’ll notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of shipping, not the order date. All delivery timeframes are subject to order approval and carrier availability.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.
